Today I am asking questions I never though of asking before. This all started with my first introduction to the Tri-Vortex Water Disc
I would have never thought in a million years that water can be so important
We really take water for granted!
We grow up with the perception we HAVE to drink water...and I literally had to force myself to try (and of course never achieved the objective) to drink the 8 glasses of water every day. To top it all of water just didn't taste nice..ugh
I remember the first time I took a sip of water that was exposed to the Tri-Vortex water Disc.....I immediately knew something was different. I of coarse didn't want to offend my host...but after a while i just blurted out...What is up with this water...it tastes amazing!!!
Something clearly was put in the water and I needed to know what it was....this water I can drink!!
It turned out that the explanation was very simple. The water was structured! Ok ...so now you can imagine my first response ... What is structured water?
Anton just smiled and in a nutshell explained the difference between chaotic water and structured water.
Guys. we are chronically dehydrated and are getting sick because our bodies is simply just not absorbing the water we are drinking.
There are over 94 diseases connected to chronic Dehydration.
The first question that will arise is that although you might be drinking your 8 glasses of water per day, you would argue that you are definitively not dehydrated. Well..... maybe. I am not a doctor and cannot confirm or deny it.
What I can tell you is that chaotic water does not get absorbed into your body as effectively as structured water does and that the water just get flushed through your system without making much of an impact on your body.
So here is what I would recommend
Drink water as per protocol below
Find some means of structuring your water
Take deep breaths often
Be kind to yourself
Daily recommended quantity - 1.5 liters of water per 50 kg body weight - per day (minimum)
Suggested Adult water intake – minimum :
Drink 2 glasses of water ½ hr before meals (this provides free water for digestion).
Have very little or no water - during and for 2hrs after meals.
Drink 2 glasses of water & a pinch of sea salt before going to sleep and 2-3 glasses of water upon waking
Drink freely between these periods.
If water intake has been low (normally in the elderly), increase amount slowly until urinary excretion roughly matches intake.
Remember to drink water in the winter as this is when most people become ill.

Drink the best water available or at least filter the tap water and then treat with a Tri-Vortex water disc
